Seared Scallops with Asian Noodles

Asian Noodles
Soba Noodle
1 TBLS Sesame Oil
1 TBLA Chopped Garlic
1 TBLS Tahini
1 TBLS Peanut Butter (fresh ground peanuts)
1 TBLS Soy Sauce
1 TBLS Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Sriracha Sauce (Chinese hot peppers)
Salt and Sugar to taste
Saute garlic in sesame oil until lightly browned. Add other ingredients except noodles and cook until incorporated. Toss in noodles

Sea Scallops
1 TBLS Canola Oil
1 TBLS Butter
Salt and Papper to taste
Salt and pepper Scallops. Heat Canola Oil and Butter until well heated. Sear Scallops about 3 minutes per side.
